This page explains what personal data The Forex Trading House collects when you use this site, why, and what your options are. We collect as little as we actually need to run the service.
What We Collect

Third-Party Services We Use
- Supabase — stores account, verification and signal-history data.
- Telegram Bot API — delivers signals and account notifications to members who link Telegram.
- Paystack — processes subscription payments. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
- Resend — sends transactional/digest emails to subscribers.
- Google Analytics — anonymized/aggregated site usage statistics.
- WhatsApp — our free daily lesson class runs as a WhatsApp group; joining it is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices as well as ours.
Each of these services may process your data outside your home country as part of how they operate. We choose established providers and don't sell your data to anyone, for any purpose.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage (not third-party ad-tracking cookies) to remember things like your session, your tab preference, and — if you arrived via an ad — the campaign that brought you here, so we can understand which channels work. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings; doing so may log you out or reset preferences.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep account and signal-history data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for record-keeping (for example, resolving a referral dispute). You can request deletion at any time — see below.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (this will also end your signal access, since we can no longer verify or reach you)

Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. Trading and its risks require legal capacity to enter into financial agreements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top.
