The Forex Trading House ("we," "us," "this site") is operated by an individual, not a registered company. By using this site — including free signal access, paid subscriptions, the referral program, or any of our free guides and tools — you agree to the terms below.
1. What This Service Is
We provide forex trading signals (entry, stop loss, take profit), educational content, and trading tools/calculators, generated by a rule-based system. See our About page for how signals are generated, and our Risk Disclosure for what this service is not — most importantly, it is not financial advice and not a guarantee of profit.
2. Free Signal Access
Free lifetime signal access is granted when you open a live trading account through one of our broker partner links and meet that broker's minimum activity requirement (currently a $50+ first deposit and 2+ lots traded — see our broker guides for current specifics). We verify this manually against the broker's affiliate dashboard.
Inactivity: free access is tied to ongoing trading activity, not a one-time deposit. Accounts with no trading activity for 60 consecutive days may be automatically disconnected from signal delivery. You can regain access by resuming activity and re-verifying.
3. Paid Subscriptions (Monthly Pro / Annual Pro)
Paid plans (currently ₦10,000/month or ₦100,000/year) grant signal access without the broker-activity requirement above, and are not subject to the 60-day inactivity disconnect.
4. Referral Program
Full terms are on our Referral Program guide. In short: a qualified referral (broker deposit + trading volume requirement both met, confirmed manually against the broker dashboard) earns you one free month of signal access, uncapped. We reserve the right to deny a reward if we reasonably believe a referral was fraudulent, fake, or did not meet the qualification requirements.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms, provided false information during verification, or misused the referral program. Free access is also automatically paused after 60 days of account inactivity, as described in Section 2.
6. Acceptable Use
- Don't attempt to circumvent, automate, or abuse verification or referral tracking.
- Don't redistribute, resell, or publicly republish our signals as your own without permission.
- Don't use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose.
7. No Guarantee, Limitation of Liability
Trading involves risk of loss — see our Risk Disclosure for the full picture. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed or delayed signals, technical downtime, or decisions you make based on content from this site.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated where reasonably possible.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
